"We used Total Roofing for the first time three years ago on the Frucor head office project. It was a total refurbishment of a huge building, with replacement of a 15 by 180 metre roof area. The whole project was worth about $9 million.
It was a tough job, with removal of asbestos sheeting which had to be specially handled, bagged, and craned down. There was replacement of the roofing, wall cladding and spouting.
Frucor staff were still occupying the factory below and we were working on refurbishment of the office with other subtrades.
There were a few teething problems, as there are on all big jobs, but we sorted out a way forward and Total Roofing were great. I would definitely use them again."
